Supply ME prepares documentation using the information provided by the customer. It is therefore important that all information supplied is complete, current and accurate.
The customer remains responsible for:
Reviewing and approving the completed document
Ensuring it reflects the actual workplace and activity
Implementing the identified control measures
Communicating the document to affected employees and contractors
Providing appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision
Monitoring compliance with the agreed arrangements
Reviewing the document following changes, incidents or new information
Where an activity cannot be adequately assessed remotely, Supply ME may recommend a telephone consultation, video assessment or site visit. Any additional cost will be agreed before further work is undertaken.
Provision of RAMS does not guarantee acceptance by a client, principal contractor or site manager. Customers must provide Supply ME with any relevant site rules, specifications and submission requirements.

Can I order more than one document?
Yes. You can add multiple documents to your order. If you require a complete suite of documents, contact us for a package quotation.
What information will you need?
