Where possible, all items are dispatched the same day the order is received. Depending on the time of order and the options you choose, some items may take longer to send but we will have your order dispatched as soon as we can.

Orders that are placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Most items are dispatched direct from the manufacturer, so if there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

We will always aim to have your order with you within 5 working days. AEDs do occasionally take slightly longer, due to the manufacturers being based overseas, but we will let you know an approximate delivery time at the time of order.

During Covid-19

During this time, most items are delivered via courier who will maintain social distancing measures when delivery your order.

We pay the postage for delivery so the customer doesn’t have to.
